The robot works with two people to glue and assemble the cone, voice coil, and basket for the TW5. All three must work in synch since the drivers are assembled on a rotating table.
This precise process includes the application of the ultra-thin bead of glue around the voil coil that attaches to the cone.
At JL Audio, quality is paramount for every aspect. A laser is used to perfectly align the logo on the cone.
